The Semi-Automatic Operable Partition Wall consists of independent glazed or solid panels that slide smoothly on rollers along a top-hung aluminum rail.

The solid panels are mounted within full-perimeter extruded 6063-T6 aluminum frames, featuring structural backing with interlocking corner construction. The outer frame is finished in a natural anodized coating, with the option for powder coating in various colors. The base material consists of raw MDF backed with rock wool for enhanced acoustic performance. The optional thicknesses available are 65mm, 85mm, 100mm, or 125mm. The panels have a solid fascia and offer an unlimited choice of finishes, including wood veneer, aluminum, laminate, melamine, and fabric.

The panels glide along an extruded aluminum track using heavy-duty steel and nylon trolleys. The semi-automatic movable partition is highly cost-effective, with a moderate weight that ensures convenient and flexible operation. Each door panel can be suspended at a single point, allowing it to hang centrally from the overhead support track and rotate 360°. Alternatively, a double-point suspension allows the panels to follow track intersections away from the opening, enabling them to be pushed to various locations.

The wall seals automatically, eliminating the need for a manual operating handle to maintain the closed position.

Sound Insulation Material:

• 9mm thick MDF board, glass-mg board, color steel board, melamine board, and fire-resistant plasterboard.

Aesthetic Design:

• The tracks and outer frames are coated with high-hardness white electrostatic powder based on 6063-T6 aluminum.

Track and Pulley Configuration:

• Equipped with a semi-automatic electric retractable mechanism featuring spring support, with options for multidirectional tracks or straight one-way tracks and trolley bearings.
