Electric folding door

Electric folding door is applicable to workshop, warehouse and other places, often the space in the wall hole on both sides and the top of position is not enough, a unique developed new door body, can be divided into four folding door, six folding door and other forms.This door can be made in manual, electric, remote control, anti-dust, corrosion resistance and other properties.

The Door Body

The door body is made of 50-75mm polyurethane (polystyrene) composite board material with internal reinforcement and high strength aluminum oxide profile. Door body surface plate can choose 0.5-0.7mm high quality color steel pressing plate or high quality color steel plate. Surface color can be customized according to customer needs.

Electric drive system

Special motor for electric folding door, power supply: 220v 50Hz, 110w-550w. In case of emergency or power failure, manual chain can be used to manually clutch to realize the function of manual door opening.

The control system

1. Electric control box: equipped with three manual buttons for opening, closing and stopping, equipped with infrared, airbag and other interfaces;

2. Remote control: It is possible to control the operation of two folding door machines at the same time.

Accessories

The door body parts are all made of 2.0mm cold rolled galvanized sheet and sprayed with plastic on the surface to ensure the strength and increase the aesthetics and applicability.

Security performance

Infrared sensor: when the door in running state, pedestrians or vehicles through the induction range detected, the door will stop immediately.

Airbag: when the door in running state, when the pedestrian passes through the door, the door body will be blocked if it close, in this case the airbag is activated and the door body retracts automatically.

Sealing performance: the door body around and outer frame are equipped with epdm rubber strip, to ensure the door body sealing performance, also adaptable to the cold weather in the north.
