China South Rail High-Speed Railway Museum: Innovative Application of Fully Automatic Sliding Partitions

This ambitious project stood at an impressive height of 8.6 meters and spanned a width of 23 meters. The challenge was to achieve fully automated operation of the partitions, ensuring that each door panel opens precisely and automatically to designated positions and automatically returns to the storage area upon closing. Crucially, the doors in the storage area also needed to open and close automatically, with the entire process controlled by the press of a single button, eliminating the need for manual intervention.

Technical Highlights:

Our fully automatic sliding partition system incorporates state-of-the-art electric drive technology and an intelligent control system, achieving precise movement and positioning of the door panels. Each panel was meticulously designed to ensure smooth and safe operation. In addition, considering the museum's high sound insulation requirements, we used high-quality fabric finishes that not only look aesthetically pleasing but also effectively block noise, providing visitors with a tranquil environment.

Construction Efficiency:

To avoid delaying the museum's grand opening, our team completed the entire partition project, from production to installation, in just over 20 days. This process demonstrated our exceptional project management capabilities and construction efficiency. Every aspect, from design and production to installation, was strictly controlled to ensure the project's high quality.
